Admin Assistant

 Job description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support us with the following responsibilities:

    -          Assisting in processing orders submitted by salesperson.

-          Verifying pricing accuracy before inputting into our software and conducting data entry tasks.

-          Facilitating data migration processes.

-          Addressing and resolving any backlog of data.

 Job requirements

-          Minimum qualification of GCE ‘N’ level or equivalent.

-          Candidates with no prior experience but demonstrate a strong interest and willingness to learn are enuraged to apply; mentorship will be provided.

-          Capable of multitasking and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

-          Proficient in advanced Microsoft excel skills.
