Job Description:· To oversees and to ensure smooth operation of the Outlet and raise the KPI· Manage and lead a Boost Juice Bars store and associated Team. To lead Team Leaders and Store Team Members to provide optimum customer service, ensure store-wide adherence to Boost operational procedures, achieve sales growth and profitability.· Responsible for the timely, accurate and legible submission of all reports· Staff recruitment and management· Providing overall leadership for the Boost Juice Bar, overseeing the general operation of the Boost Juice Bar · Performs other duties (within skill and training) as assigned by Operations Manager. Other administrative support tasks may be required from time to time
Requirements:· At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent· At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field· Preferably specialising in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
Location: Singapore (multiple locations)
