  • Assist the cook; wash, peel and slice vegetables and fruit; measure and assemble ingredients for frequent orders and pack take-out orders
  • Wash dishes, trays, pots and pans manually
  • Clean the kitchen by sweeping and mopping floors; washing work tables, cutting blocks and boards, refrigerators, walls and any other surfaces; separating recyclables from garbage, then remove all this waste material and cleaning the kitchen garbage cans at least once daily
  • Comply to the Food Hygiene and Safety guidelines
  • Remove used dinnerware from tables and counters and set tables for the next customer
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
