  • Handles customers enquiries

Job Responsibilities:

  • Offer post-sale customer support
  • Handle incoming calls, redirect them as needed, or take messages.
  • Register customers and notify relevant parties of their arrival
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping, manage incoming mail, packages, etc., and distribute them efficiently
  • Arrange pickups and drop-offs with chauffeurs for customers
  • Assist with any other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ level qualification and above 
  • Preferred experience in front desk representative, agent or relevant position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong organisational and multitasking capabilities
  • Customer service orientated with good listening skills
