The representative of Satellite Business to the Finance Department. The candidate is expected to prepare and submit the following to the Finance Department:

 

• Submit Monthly Accrual to Finance. Liaise and resolve with Finance on any Accrual posting issues.

• Prepare Monthly reconciliation statement for Control account to Finance

• Submit Reconciliation statements via "BLACKLINE" to Finance


 

Make an Impact by

 

  • Prepare Manual and SAP Billing
  • Retrieve report from P&L System (Impact) to re-charge back staff cost
  • Submit ZM02 form to Vendor Master Team for vendor code creation
  • Change vendor details/unblock vendor /vendor extension/ change of bank details
  • Liaise with Account Payable team and IT regarding Ariba and SAP Payment issue
  • Prepare SO payment & Credit note offset via Ariba for Non-PO payment
  • Prepare Service Order/Purchase Order/Goods receipt/Service Entry payment via SAP(apex)
  • Submit With Holding Tax form to Account Payable team for payment action
  • Prepare and arrange for TT payment for Interco settlement
  • Prepare settlement summary for Product Team’s endorsement for Supplier Payment
  • Request and download detailed report from supplier
  • Maintain proper record in SharePoint- Ensure the stakeholders have submitted the complete set of documents before raising payment
  • Monitor and ensure Account Payable team has made a timely payment to vendors

 

Skills for Success

 

  • Diploma Graduate, preferably in Finance
  • Experience in Finance and Administration duties
  • Experience in vendor management and ensure timely credit payments
