Job Responsibilities:
- Assist to co-ordinate interviews of shortlisted candidates
- Assist with administrative duties (e.g. data entry & verification, filing etc.)
- Conduct reference check of shortlisted candidates
- Arranging for medical check-ups with the staff clinic
- Notifying candidates who are not shortlisted for the position
- Ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in any specialization
- Applicants who are GCE 'O' Level qualified but has at least 1-2 years of HR admin experience may apply
- speaks good English
- IT Savvy, applicants with prior experience in using MS Teams is an advantage but not a must
- Able to work independently without much guidance is an advantage
