Work you’ll do
 

Facilities Maintenance Development
•    Carry out regular inspection activities for office premises and the facilities, attend to faults and take necessarily follow up actions.
•    Attend to all user enquiry on facilities services /repair / support and related to admin department functions.
•    Responsible to perform daily office defect preventive maintenance checks.
•    Attend and support on staff request related to maintenance / defects at office, meeting room or training room.
•    Assist in ensuring all term contract vendor and service provider performance in meeting the service level agreement signed on the contract agreement. 
•    Assist to facilitate on all outsource contract maintenance servicing..
•    Liaise with the building landlord maintenance team for any matters relating to office facilities services.
•    Assist to facilitate on Office daily Soft FM & Hard FM Services and follow on the work rectification. 
•    Support to assist in checking on Office Daily work matters on General FM Services related to Furniture Fitting & Office Equipment defects and issues

 

FM Operations Development 
•    Assist to respond via email and communication to ensure coordination of daily operations at the corporate meeting / training suite.
•    Plan and support on the logistics items required for the daily operations in the corporate events, meeting & training session.
•    Assist to prepare and set up / conversion of seminar / training room tables based on user requirements.
•    Ensuring the housekeeping works and tidying up the lounge and training rooms in getting ready for next meeting, training, and events.

 

Procurement Support Development 
•    Assist in procurement work related support duties of the day-to-day facilities & operational matters.
•    Sourcing of new procurement product / items for comparisons to review.
•    Facilitate new purchase / replacement General Office Items, FF or OE categories when delivery or installation.
•    To follow up with the adhoc duties and tasks as and when needed

 

General Work Support Development 
•    Assist in covering the duties of the day-to-day facilities & operational matters.
•    To follow up with the duties and tasks as and when assign by the Manager / HOD

Requirements:
•    Diploma or equivalent qualification in Facilities / Building Services or related discipline with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience. 
•    A team player who is able to work independently.
•    Meticulous, possess initiative, with the ability to multi-task. 
•    Experienced in working with internal staff support on events / external client work related request. 
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•    Able to hands-on with strong problem-solving skills.
•    Computer proficient knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
