Call Centre Officer Cum Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:• Manage all inbound telephone and email enquiries• Management of voice and handphone messages• Scheduling and rescheduling of appointments for patients• Assist with patients’ enquiries, questions and provide advice and/or solutions• Assist with registering of patients and verifying that patient's record is up to date and accurate.• Monitor and follow-up on all cases promptly, especially escalated and complaint cases• Generate accurate and timely reports• Ensure all call centre operating procedures (SOP) are adhered to and maintained• Follow up on Doctor’s Invisalign cases• Registers patients by verifying that patient's record is up to date and accurate• Check patients’ medical history and drug allergies• Collects payment from patients, applies payments and adjustments to patient accounts in the computer system, and reconciles daily cash reports• Locating patient files and cases• Prepare PowerPoint for doctor counseling• Process claims with insurance companies and government agencies e.g. CHAS, Medisave• Liaising with dental labs for sending and receiving of cases• Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:• Welcoming personality with good voice control.• Speaks fluent English with good verbal and written communication skills• Possess initiative and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment• A team player with positive service mindset• Ability to work independently and multitask• Proficiency in basic computer applications (eg. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
