Responsibilities:

  • Assist in data entry of sales orders into the system accurately and promptly
  • Liaise with sales department on sales orders
  • Create and maintain systematic document filing system on all assigned customers to include sales orders
  • Provide support in execution of department projects

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant Business related courses
  • Commit a minimum period of 4-6 months (preferably from August to December)
  • Entry level candidates, students who are on study break are welcome,
  • Strong PC skills in MS office and preferably JD Edwards
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills, good organizational skills with excellent follow-up
  • Knowledge on Supply Chain is an advantage
