RecruitFirst is hiring You will be outsourced to: 📍 Location: Ubi 💰 Salary: $13/hr ⏳ Duration: Immediate - Min 3 Months (Extendable) 🕑 Working hours:• Mon to Fri 8.30am – 12.30pmResponsibilities: 📌 Answer min 100 phone calls per day and aiming to end the phone call within 10 mins 📌 Handling inbound calls for the department 📌 Open a case incident report in the system when the customer calls in 📌 Record down the purpose of the customers’ call in the system in case of follow up purposes 📌 Replying to emails and taking remedial action where necessary and do follow ups Requirements: ✅ Able to work in fast-paced and stressful environment with KPI ✅ Prior call centre experience will be good ✅ Able to multi-task in terms of concurrently by speaking to the customer and typing the information in the system while being on the phone with the customer and finding the answer to the question by toggling with 4 systems) all within 10 mins ✅ Must be IT savvy Interested applicants, please WA 9xxxxxxx.
