Overview of Role

A Cluster Guest Service Executive with Conrad Hotels and Resorts serves as the first line of inquiry for all reservations within the hotel.

What will I be doing?

As Cluster Guest Service Executive, you will serve as the first line of inquiry for all reservations within the hotel. You are responsible for offering excellent customer service, options, and other solutions to meet guest needs. Specifically, a Guest Service Executive will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

-         Efficiently convert enquiries into contracted business

-         Respond positively to enquiries to develop future sales leads

-         Identify sales leads, as appropriate

-         Respond to all guests in a highly professional manner, including ensuring all reservations are completed accurately and to the guest’s expectation

-         Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining the hotel brand standards

-         Monitor the standards and performance of the team member together with Reservations Supervisor with an emphasis on training and teamwork.

-         Generate a culture of high quality standards for relationship building, customer service, selling techniques, and billing and processing contracts.

-         To assist Reservations Supervisor on daily follow-up/reports such as no show and cancellation reports to maximum revenue opportunity.

-         Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by the managementRequirements

A Cluster Guest Service Executive serving Hilton Brand hotels and vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

-         Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office

-         Outstanding administration and organizational skills

-         Good command of written and spoken English

-         Highly professional in telephone manner and excellent communication skills

-         Ability to work independently

-         Positive attitude and committed to delivering a high level of customer service

-         Vocational training in related field, preferred

-         Previous experience in a reservations environment, preferred
