  • Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
  • Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
  • Improve the service quality.
  • Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments. Preparing and serving beverages and desserts to customers.
  • Packaging food and beverages for sale.
  • Constantly learn about Japanese teas and desserts and presentation techniques to improve beverage and desserts quality.
  • Monitoring inventory and replenishing items in display cases or behind the counter.
  • Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls. Ensure and maintain store and personal hygiene. Product Quality Control for the store.
