Job Description
The Risk Management Institute (RMI) aims to be a world-class centre in risk management through research, education and training, and is striving to become a local, regional and global knowledge and research centre for risk management and related fields. Risk Management Institute is hiring a Temporary Executive to support with administrative and event management duties. This is a 1 year part time contract, convertible to full time (subject to performance).
The duties for this position are:
Assist on administrative tasks for RMI organizing events, workshops, and seminars. Provide support in procurement of goods/services and processing/collection of payments. Provide regular administrative support to Master’s program team as well as ad hoc support to other teams. Liaising with speakers, vendors and other parties involved in events. Assist with marketing events and tracking and follow-up of registrations. Manage and provide email support for Master’s program enquiry and events. Drafting communications materials and collaterals.Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in any field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and able to multitask. Entry level candidates welcome, as training will be provided. Bonus – Prior experience in administrative support for events. Able to commit to 28 Hours per week.More Information
