We are seeking a highly organized and proactive assistant to provide comprehensive support in managing assigned tasks. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a high degree of discretion. This role requires a dedicated individual who can anticipate needs and efficiently manage a variety of responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle data entry related duties
  • Assist to track progress, deadlines, and deliverables of assigned matters
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Organize and maintain files and documents, both physical and digital
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters as and when required, including logistics for meetings
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
  • Maintain a high level of discretion in all interactions
  • Work across diverse tasks as assigned on adhoc basis

Skills Required

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Salesforce is a major plus
  • Good time management and organization skills, adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communication clearly and effectively both verbally and in written form
  • Self-starter with a high degree of discretion, ability to anticipate and action on needs
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
