Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Assist with key entry of shipment information

  • Upload shipment and information records to UPS mainframe

  • Ensure on-time and accuracy of key entry

  • Support administrative duties

  • Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Possess at least GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Certificate

  • Preferably with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience

  • Team player; able to work independently with minimum supervision

  • Computer literate; typing speed of 40wpm

  • Willing to work on 1 Saturday of each month

  • Willing to work shifts: 4pm to 8pm, 6pm to 10pm, and 7pm to 11pm

  • Willing to work overtime and/or on Public Holidays.

  • Work location will alternate between 22 Changi South and Airport Cargo Road.
