Job Responsibilities: 

  • Assist to co-ordinate interviews of shortlisted candidates
  • Assist with administrative duties (e.g. data entry & verification, filing etc.)
  • Conduct reference check of shortlisted candidates
  • Arranging for medical check-ups with the staff clinic
  • Notifying candidates who are not shortlisted for the position
  • Ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma in any specialization
  • Applicants who are GCE 'O' Level qualified but has at least 1-2 years of HR admin experience may apply
  • speaks good English 
  • IT Savvy, applicants with prior experience in using MS Teams is an advantage but not a must
  • Able to work independently without much guidance is an advantage
