Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.\ Support event and promotions teams by assisting with guest communications and logistics. Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest preferences, and service issues. Coordinate with hosts, security, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth operations during events and busy nights. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or nightlife environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude. Conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills under pressure.
