About the role SCHUNK Intec Pte. Ltd, a leading manufacturer of high-quality automation components, is seeking an Administrative Executive to join our Logistics team. This full-time position is based in the Central Region and will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our logistics function.What you'll be doing Providing administrative support to the Logistics, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment coordination Maintaining accurate records and databases related to logistics operations Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any logistics-related concerns Performing other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the department Preparing & maintaining loan records of goods. What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or logistics support role Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and data management A team player with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving What we offer At SCHUNK Intec Pte.
