Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues related to transportation, logistics, and supply chain operations. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement. Key Skills & Qualifications Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Leadership: Capacity to lead and motivate logistics teams. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and logistics needs to optimize operations. Communication Skills: Effective communication with internal departments, suppliers, and carriers. Negotiation Skills: Skill in negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers and service providers. Bachelor's Degree: Often required in fields such as supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
