What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Formulating business growth strategies for multiple core departments, deeply understanding business logic, and continuously optimizing strategies and business analysis systems.
  2. Independently analyzing the core factors of business growth, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of various business strategies, operational actions, and resource inputs.
  3. Producing feasible strategies and operational optimization suggestions based on data analysis.
  4. Collaborating efficiently with business, product, and analysis teams to promote goal achievement.
  5. Identifying pain points and problems in the business through data modeling and analysis, and collaborating to solve them.

What We Look For In You:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in mathematical statistics, science and engineering, business or related fields, with proficiency in both Chinese and English.
  2. More than 5 years of experience in growth strategy, business analysis, market analysis, or industry analysis, proficient in Excel, SQL, and other tools.
  3. Experience managing teams is preferred.
  4. Strong communication and promotion skills, self-driven, with the ability to promote the resolution of business issues.
  5. Strong logical thinking ability and a willingness to learn and explore new things.
