About the role

This position is for a Field Service Technician, performing troubleshooting and repair works under service agreement/warranty.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

  1. Perform troubleshooting and give recommendations for repairs for Chillers, Cooling Towers & Pumps under service agreement.
  2. Perform recommended repairs for the Chillers, Cooling Towers & Pumps under service agreement.
  3. Liaise with customer technicians on maintenance/repair schedule.
  4. Work closely with subcontractors to perform repair works.
  5. Perform 24/7 standby duty (rostered) for complaint and breakdown.
  6. Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs.
  7. Perform monthly routine service for Chillers, Cooling Towers & Pumps under service agreement whenever assigned by supervisor.
Requirements

We are looking for people who have hands-on experience in HVAC/M&E industry. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  1. Minimum O Levels.
  2. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HVAC/M&E industry.
  3. Experience in HVAC system design is desired.
