Overview

Social Media Lead to take ownership of our global social and community presence. This individual will drive content strategy and engagement across platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, and Discord.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and refine the content strategy across global social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn).
  • Develop and execute community growth strategies for Telegram and Discord.
  • Create and launch integrated marketing and product campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Design large-scale community activation initiatives to drive user engagement and retention.
  • Craft high-impact messaging and copy that embodies the brand’s tone, voice, and identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Design, Comms) to ensure unified campaign direction.
  • Build and maintain SOPs for social media and community operations to enhance cross-team efficiency.
  • Act as a motivating leader, resolving challenges, aligning stakeholders, and inspiring creativity within the team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or community growth.
  • Prior experience in a crypto, Web3, or blockchain company is a must .
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and campaigns at scale.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English , with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Demonstrated success in growing and managing communities across multiple channels.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and globally distributed environment.
