Social Media Executive We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join Iris Singapore with a creator mindset and a community that is social-first, native and engaged with cultural conversations. As part of the content creation team, you will play a vital role in social strategy and planning, and content creation and creativity. This role offers learning opportunities for anyone who loves social content and wants to grow expertise into a strategic career. Job Description: Content Creative: Support in conceiving, creating or inspiring the production of thumb-stopping content that gets audiences to engage with our brands and products Evaluation and Reporting: Analyse and optimise the performance of our content on social channels Content Strategy and Planning: Be part of Iris Singapore’s expanding social team, supporting other social specialists in developing impactful, engaging content that delivers against a client’s business and marketing objectives Client Management: Serve as the point of contact and heart of the team ensuring account success from briefing to production to implementation Community Management: Daily engagement and monitoring, building personal relationships by initiating conversations with core customers Paid Social Management: Support media optimisation by creating media plans and working closely with the appointed media agency to achieve clients’ objectives and increase visibility of social activities Qualifications: 1-2 years of social media management and content creation Passion for strategic and creative thinking through social channels Understanding of social media consumption behaviour and the human insights that underpin it Experience or certification in social media tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Meta Analytics, LinkedIn, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Sprout Social) Keen eye for detail and meticulous in delivering accurate work Strong data analytics skills Previous experience with government brands and both brand and agency sides is an advantage Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Job function Marketing and Advertising Industries Advertising Services and Marketing Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
