Overview

We are looking for a creative, results-driven, and highly organised Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. This role shapes and executes social media strategies that drive engagement, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth. The candidate will manage social media platforms end-to-end, create content, foster community interactions, and leverage performance data to optimise campaigns for maximum reach and ROI.

The Social Media Executive will collaborate with marketing, creative, and business teams to deliver measurable results and ensure brand consistency across all social channels.

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Management:
    • Plan, create, and publish compelling social media content (copy, graphics, video, and multimedia) across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
    • Maintain a consistent posting calendar aligned with brand campaigns and business objectives.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build and nurture online communities, fostering conversations that enhance customer relationships.
  • Campaign Support:
    • Assist in the execution of paid and organic social media campaigns.
    • Work with internal teams and external agencies to align messaging and creative assets.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track and analyse social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.).
    • Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
    • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and creative campaigns that stand out in a competitive market.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience in tracking KPIs, optimising marketing performance based on insights, and demonstrating measurable ROI.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously while leading cross-functional collaboration, aligning marketing efforts with sales, product, and business development teams.
  • Innovative and strategic thinker, with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities, experimenting with creative marketing tactics, and adapting to industry trends.
