Full-Time Videographer & Editor (Social Media Content) for Get Social, Singapore. We are a boutique social media marketing agency focused on creating short-form video content that connects and converts for brands in a fast-paced digital landscape.

We’re lean, fast-moving, and deeply committed to high-quality storytelling—and we’re growing. This is a hands-on, creative role where you’ll be producing high-quality, short-form video content for our clients across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with some work-from-home options. The Videographer & Editor will shoot and edit videos for our clients\' social media channels, ensuring content aligns with client strategies and goals. On some days you’ll film content on-site or independently, direct shots, and ensure footage is clean and dynamic. You’ll manage your editing pipeline, maintain organized file systems, and collaborate with the team to meet weekly content goals.

You will edit 3–5 videos per day, including trimming raw footage, syncing voiceovers, adding captions, transitions, and brand-aligned visuals, for clients across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll also contribute to internal creative processes and help shape Get Social’s brand visuals.

Responsibilities
  • Shoot and edit high-quality videos for client social channels;
  • Operate cameras and set up lighting as needed;
  • Ensure all content aligns with client strategies and goals;
  • Edit 3–5 short-form videos per day (trimming, syncing voiceovers, captions, transitions, branding);
  • Direct shots and handle on-site or remote filming when required;
  • Maintain organized editing pipeline and file systems;
  • Collaborate with team to meet weekly content goals;
  • Assist in improving internal creative processes and support content planning;
  • Help shape Get Social’s own brand visuals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on video editing experience (agency, brand, freelance, or production house);
  • Proficient in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve);
  • Ability to shoot and direct video when needed;
  • Excellent eye for storytelling, pacing, and on-screen branding;
  • Knowledge of content trends, hooks, and attention-grabbing formats;
  • Highly organized, able to meet deadlines and handle multiple edits at once;
  • Open to feedback, collaborative, and able to work independently or in a small team;
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field is preferred.
