Overview

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd – Kent Ridge

Lead development of advanced data analytics strategies and predictive models. Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines, dashboards, and visualisations. Collaborate with clinicians to integrate AI/ML and LLM-powered solutions into clinical workflows. Drive data quality, governance, and compliance with healthcare regulations (PDPA, HBRA). Translate complex insights into actionable strategies for patient care and hospital operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of advanced data analytics strategies and predictive models.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines, dashboards, and visualisations.
  • Collaborate with clinicians to integrate AI/ML and LLM-powered solutions into clinical workflows.
  • Drive data quality, governance, and compliance with healthcare regulations (PDPA, HBRA).
  • Translate complex insights into actionable strategies for patient care and hospital operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2+ years’ experience in healthcare analytics or data-intensive environments.
  • Strong skills in Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire).
  • Experience with AI/ML model deployment, cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks), and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, terminology, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
