Role Responsibilities
- Manage existing customers and develop new customers, and understand customer's business status, look for business opportunity and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth
- Provide technical assistance and after-sales support to customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquires
- Ability to understand and convey technical information effectively
- Maintain a sound technical/application knowledge base on all products
- Candidate with minimum 7-years relevant sales experience.
- Experience in industrial electrical component sales is advantageous.
- Experience in Shipping line industry will be an advantage
- Customer-driven and results-oriented.
- Positive, persistent, proactive team player that is able to perform under pressure
- Disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure
