Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, managing user-generated content (UGC) and key opinion leaders (KOLs), and representing our brands in front of the camera. You will be working across various brands in our portfolio, including mom and kids brands and mature skincare lines. Your creativity will be key in driving brand awareness, engagement, and community building. Additionally, you will assist in backend tasks including managing content on Shopify to ensure our brands' online presence is seamless and effective.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Content Creation & Planning:
    • Develop and execute a content calendar for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) to ensure a consistent and engaging brand voice.
    • Create compelling, high-quality content, including videos, images, and written posts that align with the brand's messaging and voice.
    • Film and produce content for social media, ensuring that it is engaging, on-brand, and meets platform specifications.
    • Stay on top of current trends, audience behaviors, and platform algorithm changes to optimize content performance.
    • Support physical events, creating content for event deliverables.
  2. Brand Representation:
    • Be the face of the brands under our management for social media content creation (especially for mom and kids brands and mature skincare).
    • Represent the brand with authenticity, ensuring all content is aligned with brand values and connects with the target audience.
    • Participate in filming and content creation, whether in-studio or on location.
  3. UGC & KOL Management:
    • Oversee the management of user-generated content (UGC) and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and KOLs to promote the brands.
    • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and influencers, ensuring content collaboration is aligned with brand goals.
    • Monitor and evaluate UGC for quality and relevance, curating and sharing the best content across brand channels.
  4. Sales Platforms:
    • Assist in managing content on sales channels, ensuring products, images, and copy are properly updated and optimized for online sales.
    • Collaborate with e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure product content on Shopify is aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
    • Maintain and improve product listings, ensuring content is SEO-friendly and optimized for conversion.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong interest in Korean Beauty will be a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in creating content for various social media platforms, including video creation and editing skills.
  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management, ideally within the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to represent brands authentically and effectively.
  • Experience working with influencers and managing UGC or KOL campaigns.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, with experience in Shopify or similar systems a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative, proactive, and comfortable with filming content in front of the camera.
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other video/photo editing tools.
