Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting (Reporting to CFO)

An established REIT is currently seeking for a Senior Finance Lead to steer the finance team overseeing the full spectrum of Finance and Accounting, including;

consolidation, taxation, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, forecast and budgeting, compliance and controls, financing matters, and supporting the commercial partners.

This managerial role provides high visibility to the leadership team, board members and exposure supporting the fund raising actitivities.

WHO:

You should be a Chartered Accountant / Accountancy graduate, with relevant experience of 8 years and more, within the REIT space and preferably with an external audit background.

Overview
  • Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting (Reporting to CFO) role overseeing the full spectrum of Finance and Accounting, including consolidation, taxation, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, forecast and budgeting, compliance and controls, financing matters, and supporting the commercial partners.
Responsibilities
  • Provide financial leadership and oversight of the finance team with high visibility to the leadership team and board members.
  • Support fundraising activities and related financial planning.
  • Ensure accurate consolidation, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and controls across the organization.
  • Engage with external partners and internal stakeholders to drive performance and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant or Accountancy degree.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the REIT space.
  • Preference for candidates with an external audit background.
