This role supports the financial operations team in the processing of invoices, payments, claims, refunds and disbursement of grants.

This role supports the financial operations team in the processing of invoices, payments, claims, refunds and disbursement of grants.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Maintenance of financial records and statements relating to payments, claims, refunds and grants
  • Process invoices, payments, claims, refunds and grants
  • Perform bank and refund reconciliations
  • Assist with customer and internal stakeholder queries on areas relating to AP, claims, refunds and grants
  • Participate in systems implementation
  • Generation of information and reports from for business units
  • Provide fundamental/basic analysis on payments, claims and refunds
  • Provide covering for payroll processing and accounts receivable work when required
What We Are Looking For
  • Any Professional Qualification, but those with accounting/finance qualifications would be considered favourably
  • Preferably 2 to 3 years of working experience
  • Self-starter, independent and good problem-solver
