Portfolio Operations Manager (Investment/$7K)

You will be part of the Portfolio Operations Team, focusing on performance monitoring, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Support investment officers in portfolio management, including reviewing corporate actions and providing recommendations.
  • Ensure smooth post-investment operations, including reporting and valuation.
  • Maintain accurate investment portfolio data and documentation.
  • Analyze portfolio data and develop dashboards for insights.
  • Collaborate on digitalization and strategic initiatives, including vendor management.
  • Seek operational efficiencies and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy, Data Analytics, Finance, or relevant experience in investment operations or legal work.
  • Understanding of accounting and valuation fundamentals; knowledge of business law is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage at various levels.
  • Accountable, curious, eager to learn, and a team player.
