They play a critical role in accelerating innovation in the digital economy, serving Fortune 500 enterprises across Southeast Asia and South Asia. Backed by a major private equity firm, they focus on product innovation powering digital infrastructure. They are expanding their APAC enterprise sales team and are hiring a Sales Director to lead this growth. Job Description Reporting to the APAC MD and managing a seasoned, geographically dispersed sales team, this role aims to generate demand and engagement at the CXO level within existing and new enterprise accounts. Main Responsibilities Design a unique Go-To-Market strategy for new enterprise accounts and markets. Identify engagement opportunities through your partner network. Explore sales opportunities outside the traditional enterprise segment. Own the revenue target and influence budget setting across markets and sales segments. Deepen relationships with CXOs from key accounts and organize events to network with CIOs and CPOs. Identify solutions to customer needs and collaborate with CTOs and CPOs to develop and sell these solutions. Coach sales teams and define efficient account management models. Become a subject matter expert in digital transformation and GTM strategies. Develop in-house talent and lead external hiring efforts. Identify investment areas and pitch for budgets at board meetings. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. At least 10 years in enterprise sales, including 3+ years in telecom solutions or cloud infrastructure. Deep network in APAC enterprise accounts. Proven track record in creating GTM strategies, entering new markets, and acquiring enterprise accounts. Experience in metrics-based business planning, compensation plans, and OKRs. Strong budget management and growth-driving skills. Willingness to travel up to 50%. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
