Summary Job Title: Finance Manager (Energy) Department: Finance Job Type: Full-time In our Singapore office, our finance team is structured by corporate functions and business verticals. We are seeking for Finance Manager to join the AMPYR Energy finance team reporting directly into the Finance Director. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the financial operations. Responsibilities Prepare consolidated regional budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, coordinating with country-level finance teams Analyze regional financial data to provide actionable insights that support strategic business decisions and performance improvement Manage, engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders professionally Prepare consolidated financial statements, required audit filings, tax filings, business activity reports for management and external stakeholders Responsible for full sets of accounts, reporting, tax computation and compliance Ensuring an environment of strong financial control Liaison with external advisors, particularly auditors, tax, legal and corporate secretaries. Assist in internal & external audit. Respond to internal and external auditors on audit data, variances and audit findings. Resolve issues and deficiencies arising from audit findings ERP and system improvement Support implementation of ERP system and automation initiatives to achieve efficiency Adhoc – projects Collaborate with senior leadership to support group and cross border capital raise initiatives (i.e due diligence, annual valuation exercise etc) Experience, skills and competencies (Mandatory) Min Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA or CA preferred) Strong financial acumen and analysis Min 6 years’ experience in Finance role Experience in Regional Finance Management Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work in teams and independently Prior experience in Big Four Firms preferred Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
