The PeopleOps Team is responsible for the human resource and administrative aspects of Lyte Ventures’ operations across all the countries where Lyte Ventures has a local presence.
The scope of work of this role is:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs.
- Monitor and report on manpower planning and headcount budgets.
- Oversee internship and graduate hiring programs.
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to guide decision-making.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a key point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
- Organise staff welfare activities, events, and team-building sessions.
- Conduct employee surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Performance Management & Development
- Drive the performance review and appraisal cycle, including goal-setting and feedback processes.
- Implement training and development plans aligned with organisational needs.
- Facilitate career development, succession planning, and high-potential programs.
- Support managers in handling underperformance constructively.
- Monitor and track learning KPIs.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s Employment Act and other statutory requirements (e.g., CPF, MOM reporting).
- Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain internal and external reporting requirements.
This role will report to the CEO.
Who We’re Looking ForYou should have met the following criteria:
- a diploma or degree in Human Resource;
- experience in a highly collaborative environment or a shared service function;
- able to work full-time (40 hours per week); and
- have a good understanding of Human Resource principles.
Ideally, you would possess the following traits:
- willingness to learn;
- proactive mind and good sense of humour;
- interest in international work exposure;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- good team player, organised, proactive, independent and self-motivated;
- detail-orientated with excellent analytical skills;
- efficient and well-organised;
- able to work under pressure;
Lyte’s PeopleOps Team carries out the following duties:
- recruitment;
- is the point of contact for all human resources matters;
- office management;
- liaison function for regional offices and relevant regulators;
- administrative support for operations, and back-end functions;
- record-keeping;
- human capital management; and
