Estate Manager / Senior Manager (Singapore) Posted 22-Oct-2025 · Full-time · Singapore – Singapore About The Role We are seeking a meticulous and detail‑oriented Estate Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data input into the various systems. This role involves analyzing data, developing data quality standards, and generating comprehensive reports to support the scope and proactively improve outcomes. What You Will Do Support day‑to‑day management of client’s real estate portfolio, including database management and critical dates monitoring. Support the preparation, recommendation and implementation of a portfolio‑wide transaction strategy. Coordinate resources for any required real estate activities, e.g. site inspections. Support real estate transaction (acquisition, renewal and termination) activities. Develop relationships and work closely with client stakeholders, including Project Management, Facilities Management, Finance, and others, ensuring seamless integration between service lines. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client portfolio, transactions and financial reporting requirements. Establish and build good relationships with landlords on behalf of clients. What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or a related field. Good time‑management and multitasking skills, able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
