Estate Manager / Senior Manager (Singapore) Posted: 22-Oct-2025 | Job ID: | Role type: Full-time | Areas of interest: Transaction Management | Location: Singapore About The Role We are seeking a meticulous and detail‑oriented Estate Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data inputted into the various systems. This role involves analysing data, developing data quality standards, and generating comprehensive reports to support the scope and proactively improve outcomes. What You Will Do Support day‑to‑day management of client’s real estate portfolio which includes amongst others database management and critical dates monitoring. Supports in the preparation, recommendation, and implementation of a portfolio‑wide transaction strategy. Coordinates resources for any required real estate activities e.g. site inspections. Support real estate transaction (acquisition, renewal and termination) activities. Develop relationship and work closely with Client’s stakeholders including Project Management, Facilities Management, Finance and others, ensuring seamless integration between the service lines. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client’s portfolio, transactions and financial reporting requirements. Establish and build good relationships with landlords on behalf of clients. What You Will Need Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or a related field. Good time management and multitasking skills, able to work with accuracy under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
