Overview You will be the Senior Manage, Leasing to be based in Singapore, responsible for formulating and executing leasing strategies for properties within the retail portfolio. Highly sensitive to what is happening in the retail market, you will be able to identify market trends, capitalise on opportunities to secure new tenancies. You will report to the Head of Real Estate. Responsibilities Responsible for all leasing portfolio which include handle lease negotiations for new leases and renewals for portfolio assigned Plan and implement the tenancy mix for malls Source and secure suitable tenants that fit into different properties Conduct competitive market research and analysis to understand current trends in the real estate industry Develop leasing strategies and recommendations based on market insights to attract and retain tenants Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters Review and recommend position and tenancy mix of new and existing properties Prepare annual budget and forecast for properties assigned Establish strong network with retailers and tenants Requirements Degree in Estate Management, Building or equivalent Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity in the retail industry Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Possess good network of tenants and contacts Possess positive disposition and resourcefulness and a team player Understand the real estate and retail industries Strong report writing and presentation skills Ability to multi-task and an eye for details Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
