Straits Retail Property Management Services – Central Singapore Reporting to the Head of Leasing, you will be responsible for all retail leasing functions for Paragon. Job Responsibilities Support the Head of Leasing in planning and implementing leasing strategy and tenant mix. Formulate and implement retail concepts and target prospective tenants with creative retail concepts. Prospecting/leasing of spaces and conduct viewing of available spaces. Monitor all current and future vacancies to ensure full occupancy of the mall. Prepare annual rental budget and projection and monthly reporting. Negotiate new and renewal of leases with tenants. Account management of tenants and tenancy liaison, handling tenancy-related issues and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships. Work with relevant departments to meet tenant’s needs and drive traffic into the malls. Job Requirements Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent. Minimally 5 years of retail and commercial leasing experience. Proven track record in retail leasing with good network of tenants and contacts. Good understanding of the retail industry and trend. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Possess positive disposition, resourceful and a team player. Ability to multi-task, an eye for details and work within timeline.
