Our Daily Bread Ministries – Singapore | Finance Manager Advance the Gospel through faithful financial stewardship. We’re seeking a Finance Manager (Singapore) who will ensure financial integrity, compliance, and operational excellence—all in service to the Gospel. About the Role Reporting to the Country Director and partnering with regional finance, you’ll own end-to-end finance operations (close, reporting, budgeting, audit, compliance), strengthen internal controls , and support board governance —while modeling a Christ-centered, servant-hearted approach. What You’ll Do Financial Operations & Reporting: Lead the accounts team; monthly close; management reports; variance analysis; cash flow; approvals; inter-office transfers. Budgeting & Forecasting: Guide department budgets; consolidate ministry-wide plans; present with Country Director; submit to regional finance. Compliance & Governance: Liaise with auditors/company secretary/regulators; ensure ACRA/Commissioner of Charities compliance; filings; governance checklists; internal control improvements. Inter-office & Regional Coordination: Process claims to Grand Rapids; regional communications; annual eliminations/TA&L/PCI reports for APAC Finance Director. Investments & Publishing: Coordinate with board treasurer/internal audit on investments; execute approved trades; manage publishing finance (royalties, tax, inter-country payments). Ministry Support: Prepare finance materials for board meetings; undertake assignments from Country Director with humility and excellence. What You’ll Bring Faith & Alignment: Committed follower of Jesus Christ; alignment with ODBM’s mission and Statement of Faith. Experience: 5+ years in finance/accounting (nonprofit/ministry a plus); track record in audits, budgets, compliance, governance. Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (or related). Technical: Accounting systems, Microsoft Excel/Office; strong grasp of IFRS/SFRS , tax, filings, internal controls. Strengths: Integrity, accuracy, analysis, confidentiality, prioritization, independent execution, cross-functional collaboration.
