With strong regional integration and a forward-looking tech strategy, they continue to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation across global markets.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Develop and maintain monthly dashboards and reports covering risk, KPIs, planning, budgets, and project progress. Implement quality assurance frameworks and ensure projects comply with internal standards, budgets, and deadlines. Establish governance structures for individual projects to ensure proper coordination and follow-up with stakeholders. Support senior management in governance meetings and act as backup for the Head of Department in areas such as BCP, crisis management, and controls. Coordinate with department heads to define, prioritise, and track project initiatives. Oversee HR-related processes including hiring, onboarding, and staff coordination with administrative support. Ensure compliance with internal security, control, and regulatory requirements across all departmental activities. Drive knowledge sharing and best practices across project teams while leading transversal initiatives such as onboarding and compliance tracking. The Successful ApplicantA Successful Candidate Should HaveDiploma or degree in accounting, finance, IT or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in PMO or project management roles, ideally within banking or international environments. Solid understanding of IT organizations, systems, and project ecosystems. Proficient in MS Excel (including pivot tables and VBA), MS PowerPoint, and MS Project. Skilled in creating high-quality, well-designed presentation materials and data models. Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and technical accuracy. Effective communicator with excellent presentation skills and the ability to work across multicultural teams. Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and team collaboration capabilities. Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently while managing confidential information. Fluency in French is a plus. Project management certification (e.g., PMP or Prince2) or familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
