About This Position

We are seeking a highly driven and proactive Strategic Operation Assistant (Chief of Staff to MD) to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role requires a forward-thinking individual with a background in either engineering or business school. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, adept at problem-solving, and always asking, “What’s next? How can we improve? How can we accelerate?”. This person will be instrumental in driving change management, leading IT consulting initiatives, and supporting the general manager by taking on 40-50% of their workload within the next year, depending on their level of seniority.

Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution Oversight
  • Collaborate directly with the MD to define, prioritize, and manage company-level strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor progress against key objectives and ensure that all stakeholders remain aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of leadership meetings, ensuring decisions translate into clear action plans.
EOS Integration & Operational Rhythm
  • Support the implementation and ongoing reinforcement of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) throughout the business.
  • Facilitate the quarterly and annual planning cycles, ensuring clear Rocks (priorities) are set, tracked, and reviewed across departments.
  • Drive accountability and transparency across teams through regular cadences and dashboards.
Process Optimization & Organizational Efficiency
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and design improved workflows to enhance scalability, cross-departmental collaboration, and performance tracking.
  • Lead internal process audits and recommend adjustments to improve company responsiveness and clarity.
  • Act as a central point for alignment across marketing, project delivery, HR, and finance operations.
Executive Enablement & Delegation Support
  • Manage the MD’s operational bandwidth by overseeing communication, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and task delegation.
  • Serve as a filter and accelerator for incoming priorities, ensuring the MD is focused on the most strategic matters.
  • Coordinate special projects or sensitive initiatives that require discretion and high-level coordination.
Stakeholder Communication & Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Act as an extension of the MD in both internal and external communications, ensuring message clarity and consistency.
  • Acting as a delegate to the Managing Director in their absence.
  • Serve as a liaison between the MD and department heads, ensuring cross-functional teams are synchronized and collaborative.
  • Represent ITC and its leadership in key meetings, when needed, with professionalism and a strategic mindset.
Change Management & Growth Enablement
  • P artner with the MD to lead internal transformation efforts and change management initiatives.
  • Help cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by fostering operational excellence and cross-team alignment.
  • Actively contribute to leadership-level discussions and bring insights from across the business to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Interest in Technology: A keen interest in technology and digital transformation. Familiarity with our technology stack, including Drupal, Magento, PHP, and WordPress, is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of programming languages and web development platforms such as Drupal, Magento, PHP, and WordPress. Ability to support technical projects and communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to think strategically and contribute to the execution of key initiatives.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with team members and external partners.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
