As a Digital Project Manager at ITC, you’ll drive impactful digital projects for Fortune 500 clients across China and APAC. You’ll manage end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, including e-commerce and CRM/Salesforce implementations, ensuring on-time and within-budget success. You’ll refine your project management skills, while leading cross-functional teams. Gain expertise with leading technologies like Salesforce, enhancing your industry knowledge. With a talented team of 60 professionals across APAC, our 2023 milestones include:

• Orchestrating 30+ digital transformation workshops for global leaders like Coty, LVMH, and Unilever Prestige.
• Empowering 5,000+ Sales Associates across luxury brands like Moncler, Margiela, Moschino, and Christies with comprehensive omnichannel training programs and change management.
• Spearheading Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations for luxury brands in China, notably with LVMH and other fashion groups.
• Driving eCommerce growth with bespoke website development for clients like Brandy Melville and Hublot.
• Scaling fast fashion to 10,000+ daily orders with optimized e-commerce solutions.
• Igniting sales for Hublot, Omega, and Fred via high-performing Mini Programs in China.
• Expanding The Hour Glass’s presence across 9 APAC markets with integrated solutions.

• Providing proper strategy on digital projects in the initial demand analysis.
• Act as a key communication bridge between the business and the delivery team, ensuring clear translation of requirements, feasibility assessments, concerns, and issues.
• Facilitate client buy-in by effectively articulating transparency of ITC’s expertise, project deliverables, and value propositions.
• Ensure the delivery team fully understands the business purpose behind the requirements, enabling them to align their work with strategic objectives.
• Guarantee high-quality project output by proactively addressing potential risks and challenges.
• Coordinate and leverage necessary resources to meet project goals efficiently.
• Support the delivery team in planning development in a timely and structured manner, optimizing workflows and execution.
• Apply appropriate techniques to manage project implementation and change, maintaining flexibility while ensuring project integrity.
• Oversee project scope, integration, time, cost, quality, risk, and communication management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with company accounts, fostering long-term collaboration.

Must have:

• At least 5 years of experience in digital project management.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese with excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to conduct Pre-sales presentations in front of clients.
• Experience in managing and communicating at senior and executive levels.
• Experience in managing large scale projects in the following solutions: E-commerce platform; CRM/Salesforce implementation; MarTech; Clienteling, WeCom, SCRM.
• Ability to engage and partner with the customer and internal staff as required.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team with different time zones.
• Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required.
• Excellent understanding of web and mobile application development lifecycle.
• A huge taste in all Web Design trends, UX/UI management.
