Social Media & Creator Partnership Manager

Responsibilities
  • Own and execute Social Media Content across X, TikTok, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, and more: from content planning, analyzing data and creative direction to campaign execution.
  • Manage campaigns using social media planner tools (e.g., Later) and influencer management platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Captiv8, or similar).
  • Source, negotiate, brief (creating visual influencer briefs) and manage long-term influencer ambassadors, ensuring strong relationships, clear deliverables, and impactful brand representation.
  • Drive influencer programs: identify, recruit, and manage KOLs/influencers while building scalable partnerships to amplify product and brand growth.
  • Write and review content scripts, captions, and copy; ensure creative output is social-first, on-trend, and optimized for virality.
  • Stay on top of trends, memes, and cultural conversations to propose weekly viral content ideas and activations across US, EMEA, and APAC markets.
  • Community management across all platforms — ensuring no message, comment, or DM goes unread, and fosters meaningful user engagement.
  • Lead product launch and always-on influencer campaigns: strategy, messaging, rollout, and post-campaign amplification.
  • Grow and manage the affiliate program, developing partnerships that scale reach, trust, and conversions.
  • Initiate creator-led activations, UGC initiatives, and collaborations that deepen community credibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Paid Media and external agency partners to ensure cohesive growth strategies.
  • Experiment with emerging formats (short-form video, AI-generated content, new platform features) to discover high-impact growth opportunities.
  • Provide clear, concise weekly updates on wins, challenges, and progress for the Marketing Lead and senior leadership.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social, influencer, and affiliate campaign performance; optimize strategies to consistently exceed growth goals.
Job Requirements
  • Min 4–5 years of hands-on experience in social media, influencer marketing, or community growth roles.
  • Proven expertise using platforms like Later, CreatorIQ, Captiv8, or similar for campaign planning and influencer management.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills for social scripts, captions, and viral content.
  • Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing long-term influencer ambassador programs.
  • Experience building and scaling affiliate programs.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to distill progress, wins, and insights into clear updates for leadership.
  • Deep understanding of global social trends and viral mechanics a true digital native who can spot opportunities early.
  • Strong track record of working cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Solid background launching and scaling social campaigns across global markets (US, EMEA, APAC).
  • Self-starter who sets clear goals, works independently, and communicates progress with clarity.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (for China-facing platforms like Douyin, Xiaohongshu).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in AI, tech, wellness/spirituality or consumer app industries.
  • Track record of creating viral or award-winning campaigns.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to drive data-backed growth strategies.
  • Prior success scaling communities and running multi-market, multi-platform campaigns.
  • A natural passion for spirituality, astrology, or horoscopes is a plus
