Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, allowances, and employee benefits in line with company policies and local employment regulations. Manage the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) budget to ensure proper allocation and alignment with financial guidelines. Conduct regular HR data analysis and prepare reports to support management decisions. Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and reward programs to encourage employee engagement and recognition. Support the rollout of staff recognition initiatives, awards, and career development frameworks. Prepare and submit compensation and benefits reports to Head Office and regulatory bodies within required timelines. Oversee employee tax matters to ensure full compliance with IRAS regulations. Administer staff welfare, insurance, and employee benefit programs, including vendor coordination and procurement. Promote HR policies and provide guidance to employees to ensure understanding and compliance. Conduct market benchmarking and recommend policy updates to maintain competitive compensation practices. Review HR and employee reimbursement claims for accuracy and adherence to policy. Provide HR support to the General Manager and department heads, including ad hoc projects, reporting, and administrative tasks.
