  • The Field Inventory Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and controlling inventory across various sales and distribution channels, including loaners, consignment, and trunk stock. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the efficient utilization of assets, compliance with agreements, and internal policies. You will analyze product turnover to optimize stock rotation, minimize losses from expiration, and maximize ROI. Additionally, you will assess operational processes and data to identify areas for enhancement.You will be responsible for managing and monitoring loaner inventory during deployment and returns, ensuring accuracy and exceptional customer service. Oversight of inventory management across multiple channels and locations, including coordinating inventory movement during on-call and off-hour periods, will be part of your role. You will coordinate and conduct cycle counts and auditing programs for consigned and representative-based inventories. Collaborating with Distribution or Territory Managers and Finance to reconcile inventory variances and maintain accurate inventory systems will be crucial.Furthermore, you will enforce consignment and inventory policies, resolve issues related to lost, damaged, or expired inventory, and manage inventory under consignment agreements to ensure compliance and asset tracking. Participation in offsite physical inventory counts and reconciliations, logistics organization in manufacturing environments, and preparation of detailed reports for management are also expected from you.In addition to these responsibilities, you will manage loaner inventory, just-in-time inventory, and accurate inventory redistribution across multiple field-based locations. Providing training on inventory handling policies and procedures to internal and external parties, managing logistics issues, and adhering to patient safety and product quality requirements are part of your role.To excel in this position, you must possess a strong understanding of inventory control, supply chain, and logistics management. Proficiency in managing various field-based inventory channels, familiarity with auditing and reconciliation processes, and adeptness in data analysis for production planning are essential. Your organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mandatory Power BI Skill will ensure your success in this role.,
