Customer Happiness Officer (Customer Service & After-Sales Specialist)
  • As a customer happiness officer at Headphone Zone, you will have the opportunity to be the voice of the company to our customers. Your role is crucial in guiding, supporting, and problem-solving for our customers with patience, grace, and a genuine desire to assist. Whether it's addressing product inquiries, resolving after-sales issues, or managing warranty requests, you will take pride in ensuring that every interaction results in a positive experience for our customers. Collaboration with the operations and headphone gurus teams is essential to ensure that customers feel valued and supported even after their purchase.Your responsibilities will include being the primary point of contact for customer support queries both before and after sales. You will handle inquiries through various channels such as email, phone, and chat, while also managing after-sales processes including warranty requests, returns, and replacements. Working closely with the operations team is key to guaranteeing timely and accurate order fulfillment. It is important to maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication at all times, while also keeping detailed records of customer interactions using support tools such as Freshdesk, Slack, and Google Workspace. Constantly seeking ways to enhance the customer service experience and occasionally assisting in hosting customers at our Experience Studio in Mumbai are also part of your responsibilities.At Headphone Zone, we value individuals who are committed to doing excellent work the right way.
