We are looking for a dedicated Employment Consultant to become the vital link between Singaporean families and the domestic helpers who support them. You will be the architect of successful partnerships, ensuring harmony and happiness in homes across the city.

Your Mission:

To expertly guide families through the journey of finding the perfect domestic helper, from the first conversation to a successful long-term placement. You will be a trusted advisor, a skilled negotiator, and a supportive problem-solver for both employers and employees.

What You'll Do:

· Be a Trusted Advisor: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand each family's unique needs, lifestyle, and expectations. You'll provide expert advice on everything from employment regulations to creating a positive home environment.

· Source & Discover Talent: Scout and interview candidates from diverse backgrounds (e.g., Indonesia, Myanmar) to build our roster of exceptional domestic helpers. You have a keen eye for matching skills, personality, and experience to the right family.

· Navigate the Rules: Become an expert in MOM regulations, ensuring every placement is seamless, compliant, and stress-free for our clients. You'll handle all work permits and documentation with precision.

· Provide Unwavering Support: Be the go-to person for both the helper and the employer long after the placement is made. You'll offer mediation, support, and solutions to ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone.

· Empower Through Knowledge: Conduct engaging orientation sessions for helpers on Singaporean culture and safety, and guide employers on effective communication and management.

What You Bring to the Table:

· A genuine passion for helping people and making a tangible difference in their lives.

· Superb interpersonal skills – you can build rapport with anyone, from a busy executive to a newly-arrived helper.

· The patience of a saint and the problem-solving skills of a detective.

· A proactive, resourceful, and incredibly organized mindset.

· Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia or Burmese is a huge advantage.

· Prior experience in recruitment, customer service, or a related field is preferred, but a winning attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important.

· A Certificate of Employment Intermediary (CEI) is a bonus.
