- The **Customer Happiness Associate**plays a crucial role in fostering customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the retail business.
**You will be -**- An advocate for Sunnystep products among customers, corporate clients, and retail partners; address their concerns and respond to their inquiries in a prompt manner- Responsible for addressing inquiries, monitoring complaints, and feedback through various channels of communication- Engaging with consumers in the product development process by channelling their feedback to the team, addressing product quality issues, and collecting new ideas for product development- Maintaining and regularly engaging with customer groups on social media and chat channels such as WhatsApp- Engaging with our online customers regularly with live-streaming activities on various e-commerce and social media platforms- Sending out newsletters regularly to our customer base; keeping customers informed about the new product launches and marketing activities- Planning and closely working with our retail partners with promotional activities and events- Organizing regular client engagement and appreciation events, both online and offline, adding value to our customers and keeping them engaged in our community- Sourcing and sending appreciation gifts to VIPs in our community
