**Part-time Happy Service Crew (Day/Night Shifts)**

**Your Role**

As part of our **Happy Service Crew**, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while working in a fun and vibrant environment. Your responsibilities include:

- **Customer Service**:Take and serve customer orders with a consistent and excellent level of service.
- **POS Operations**:Assist customers with payments and accurately record transactions in the POS system.
- **Table Setup**:Arrange tables according to customers' preferences or requests.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to maximize customer satisfaction.
- **Cleanliness & Maintenance**:Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at your workstations and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
- **Menu Knowledge**:Answer customer inquiries about menu selections and provide recommendations.
- **Kitchen Coordination**:Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, preparation times, wait times, and product availability.
- **Efficiency**:Work in a timely and organized manner to ensure smooth service.
- **Team Collaboration**:Establish and maintain positive working relationships with team members.
- **Independence**:Handle assigned tasks independently with precision and high quality.
- **Team Leadership Opportunity**:Take the chance to manage a team of part-timers, overseeing their performance and ensuring they report to you effectively.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, passion, and a willingness to learn to our team. Here’s what we’re looking for:
**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:At least 6 months of related experience in a cake shop or similar capacity is a plus but not mandatory — training and guidance will be provided.
- **Education**:Diploma or higher qualification, ensuring the ability to articulate and explain the menu clearly to customers.
- **Personality**:Cheerful, energetic, and highly motivated with a positive attitude.
- **Skills**:Strong communication skills. Meticulous with an eye for detail. Able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
- **Learning Mindset**:Willing to learn as you go. Open to feedback and takes proactive steps to improve.
- **Work Commitment**:Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- **Residency Requirement**:Only Singaporeans and PRs can apply.
