Dining Experience Associate

As a Dining Experience Associate, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience. Your warm and welcoming attitude will make customers feel at home, while your attention to detail will ensure that every meal is prepared to perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly smile, taking pride in providing a positive atmosphere.
  • Take orders accurately at the cashier and self-service kiosks, ensuring precision and efficiency.
  • Prepare meals following high standards of quality and hygiene, maintaining the highest level of food safety and quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and kitchen, including taking out trash and cleaning surfaces, to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for customers and team members alike.
  • Support the team to ensure smooth daily operations, working collaboratively to achieve common goals.
  • Handle customer feedback or concerns with care and professionalism, responding promptly and empathetically.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • No prior experience needed, we're happy to train you in the skills and knowledge required for this role.
  • A Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus, but not required; however, you must be willing to obtain one if necessary.
  • Some knowledge of the F&B industry is helpful, but not essential; what's more important is your eagerness to learn and grow with our company.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential qualities for success in this role.
